During September schools should in:    Learning & Teaching informal observation of classroom practice monitor pupil attendance statistics and discipline logs Attainment discuss groupings in P2-7 with CTs as well as 5-14 targets in reading, writing & maths set by previous teacher Self-evaluation begin the implementation of three-year audit strategy [ see attached Guidance notes on the 3 year audit process] ensuring full involvement of staff, pupils and parents , as appropriate update audit section of SDP Administration mid September report back to PMU the official school roll figures end of September produce the ScotXed census files. The roll figure should match the figure reported earlier to PMU
